I've managed development and implementation of ECM Solutions for different purposes during many years, i.e. at TeliaSonera, Trygg-Hansa, Sonofon, Viking Line, Tele2 etc.

The ECM solutions are mainly web solutions or solutions for document management.

The web solutions could support different purposes:

• external homepages/portals for customers
• intranet homepages/portals for partners or suppliers
• internal homepages/portals for employees, IT services, or projects
• e-Commerce including e-booking (i.e. courses, rooms, etc)
• submit and manage customer support tickets
• etc

The document management solutions could support:

• create and update documents
• scanning
• transfer documents
• archive documents

Developing ECM solutions normally include following tasks:

• analysis of current business processes and business requirements
• design of solution
• manage development including testing
• manage implementation including testing
• training
