IT processes & IT infrastructure

I've been cooperating with IT departments and IT experts during many years, and built up an experience and knowledge about how it works and how it should works....

I'm there for mainly focusing on the following IT processes:

  • Change management
  • Release management
  • Configuration management
  • Problem & Incident management
And, following parts of the IT infrastructure:
  • application architecture and management
  • data architecture and management
  • server architecture and management
Typical solutions within this areas could be:
  • improve processes for change-, release-, configuration, problem- & incident management, i.e. by analysing processes and process performance, design changes of processes, implement or change tools that supports the processes, or training.
  • migrate or upgrade applications, databases, and servers
  • improve routins for managing applications, databases, and servers.

In these cases am I very well aware of and inspired by frameworks like:
ITIL, COBIT, ISO20000, and TOGAF.

I'm also interested - in general - about IT Governance and Enterprise Architecture.
